WeVideo Preview stuttering: FIXED

WeVideo Preview issues can typically be fixed by clearing cache, however the recent update to Chrome v74 has caused issues for many users. The symptom is choppy video preview, although sound is unaffected.

WeVideo recommends the following adjustment:

1. In a new tab type chrome://flags/#disable-accelerated-video-decode
2. Change Hardware-accelerated video decode to "Disabled"
3. Restart
